The Incus chair series points the way to a whole new direction in chair design. The look of the Incus series is simple, clear and basic; almost how a child would draw a chair. The seat, backrest and optional the armrests are fixed together with organically formed aluminium castings. Both office- and conference- chairs can be fitted with a unique hydraulic tilting mechanism. Incus was given an iON Award in1986. Gispen in the Netherlands manufactures the Incus series.
